- What is Wednesday Cleanse Day?
Wednesday Cleanse Day is 100% natural pink tonic designed to drink during intermittent fasting.
Wednesday Cleanse Day is designed for the woman who wants to live life to the fullest, doesn't want to miss out on the fun...but also wants to be healthy and glowing. We get it because we are founded by women with the same lifestyle and goals.
Our pretty pink tonic can be used during a one day reset, a three day event prep and ongoing 16:8 intermittent fasting. Our products are developed and made in Australia.
- Can I do intermittent fasting if I have a health condition, if I'm pregnant or if I'm breastfeeding?
If you have any health concerns about intermittent fasting such as if you have low blood sugar, diabetes, are pregnant or breastfeeding etc we strongly advise you to speak with a health professional about your situation to determine what is right for you.
- What are the ingredients?
Collagen peptides, Siberian ginseng, green tea, psyllium husk, aloe vera, beetroot, inulin, peppermint, watercress, organic stevia and more good natural ingredients. For a full list check out our ingredients page.
- What is the nutritional information?
Per sachet: 10.7 Calories; 0.7G Protein; 0.0G Fat; 1.1G Carbohydrate; 5MG Sodium.
- Won't the calories in a sachet of Wednesday Cleanse Day break my fasted state?
The short answer is absolutely not lovely! Drink away. The longer answer - to remain in a fasted state you must stay under 50 calories. Each sachet of our pretty pink tonic has just 10 calories...so you could even have 5 of them and not break your fast.
- Is Wednesday Cleanse Day low carb?
Sure is! Each sachet has just 1.1G of carbohydrates.

- How do I use the 24 Hour Body + Beauty Boost?
The 24 hour reset is super simple to do. Fasting for 24 hours is a great way to reset or and lose the bloat fast. Our tonic will help you feel full and give you energy.
We like doing our 24 hour fast from 6pm to 6pm. For example, at 6pm on a Tuesday, start your fast. The next day, on Wednesday, consume all the five sachets throughout the day. Drink plenty of water as well. After 6pm on Wednesday you are done.
You'll have given your system a full 24 hour break to repair and restore. Your bloat will be long gone.
You can choose any 24 hour period that works best for you.
- How do I use Wednesday Cleanse Day for Intermittent Fasting?
We can't say enough good things about intermittent fasting. There's a reason it's the go-to for some of the healthiest and most glowing bodies in the world. We believe it's the easiest way to reach your health goals and still have a great social life.
To use Wednesday Cleanse Day for the 16:8 method of Intermittent Fasting drink one sachet a day, in the morning, before you break your fast.
- How do I use the 3 Day Reset?
If you want to really kickstart your goals or if you have an event that you want to look and feel amazing for try a 3 day reset. Here's how it works:
We like to start fasting on a Wednesday and finish up on a Friday 5pm in time for a light meal and maybe a sneaky glass of wine.
Each day mix and drink 5 sachets of our pretty pink tonic. These drinks are not to replace meals but rather support you while you are fasting so drink them when you like. You can also choose to eat 2 cups of raw or slightly cooked green veggies each eve as well.

- How quickly will you send my order?
We want you to get your order ASAP gorgeous! We send out orders within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for orders over AUD$50 in Australia is FREE babe! Shipping is also FREE for any international orders over AUD$100.
If you'd like to upgrade to Express Post for a small fee we have that option too.
- Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, NZ, USA & Singapore. If you'd like us to ship to your country let us know and we'll see what we can do.
- What service do you use to ship orders?
We use Australia Post to ship our orders. You'll be provided with a tracking code so you know exactly when it will arrive.
